On To Hillmorton, Then Back To Rugby And Finally The Golf Course Once Again.

We were back and forth like a Clock Pendulum today.

A quick morning trip under blue Sky's ended at Hillmorton water point, where, after filling up, we "winded" (turned around) just before the bottom lock and headed back to Rugby.

This was a bit of a surprise as we rounded a corner, it is moored in the middle of nowhere.

Upon reaching Rugby and turning the engine off, all we could hear were the wailing sirens again with a police helicopter hovering overhead.
We looked at each other for a second or two with raised eyebrows and decided to move off again as soon as we had been to Tesco.
Winding again we headed back to the countryside.

Passing the Golf Course again we saw lots of golf balls in this field, the worrying thing about this is that the course is on the other side of the canal!
Copping a golf ball in the side of your head as you pass by is not an impossibility along here.

Another mooring next to a bridge for us, we do seem to be drawn to locations like this.

The view from the office window is not to be sniffed at either.

Until next time............................
